What kind of data do we process?

  1. For the purpose of joining Dollarro.com and fully benefit from offered services, it is necessary you provide us with your personal data as follows:
    • email address,
    • name and surname (in case of natural person) or company name (in case of private individual),
    • permanent address (in case of natural person) or company address (in case of legal person),
    • mailing address,
    • national identification number [in Polish: PESEL] (in case of natural person),
    • serial number of chosen identity document (in case of natural person),
    • telephone number,
    • tax identification number [in Polish: NIP] (in case of legal person),
    • company statistical number [in Polish: REGON] (in case of legal person),
    • personal data of the legal representative (in case of legal person).

  2. In order to perform transactions in the service, it is necessary to define a bank account, and therefore to provide its number and details.

  3. Moreover, in order to perform transactions of the value over 15.000 EUR or its equivalent, it is necessary to submit a file containing double-sided scan of your national identity document as well as a 5 seconds recording of user’s full face. In case of business account, it is necessary to submit relevant documentation entitling user to represent the company.

How do we protect your personal data?

  1. We take great care to select and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure full protection of personal data being processed by the service.

  2. Only employees who are both adequately trained in data processing and authorized by the Administrator, have full access to the database.

  3. We guarantee that your personal data processed by our service is completely secured against unauthorized disclosure, as well as is processed in accordance with the law in force.

  4. It is not necessary to provide any personal data just for visiting or reading the contents of dollarro.com website.

What do we process your personal data for and what is the legal basis for it?

  1. Personal data that you transfer to us is being processed with the purpose of carrying out the agreement concluded under the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions of the service usage and e-newsletter delivery.

  2. Transferring your personal data to us is voluntary. However, the consequence of denying the transfer of personal data is inability to set up an account in the service and to use services offered by Dollarro.com, i.e. concluding agreements, performing transactions, defining bank accounts, etc. or to receive e-newsletter.

  3. We do use IP addresses, collected in the course of internet connections with the purpose of users’ verification.

  4. The legal basis for personal data being processed by the administrator is the following legal acts:
    • The European Parliament and The European Union Council regulation no. 2016/697 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (General Data Protection Regulation).

We do not share your personal data with a third party, apart from the exceptions that oblige us as defined by the law, e.g. acting in accordance with ‘The Act on Prevention of Money Laundering Practices and Financing of Terrorism’ of 1 March 2018. We process your data only within the limits of relevant legal provisions.

  2. We do not share your data with any third counties or international organizations.

How long do we retain your personal data?

  1. Personal data that you transfer to us, we retain and process only for the period necessary to carry out the agreement or to ensure the compliance with legal provisions.

  2. If you have expressed your consent to receive e-newsletter from Dollarro Ltd., your personal data shall be processed until its withdrawal.
